Design & illustration
We design your character from scratch or refine your existing concept. Once approved we create a full character sheet, illustrate the VTuber model, and part-cut it — structured and ready for rigging.

Rigging & setup
Our Live2D team rigs your model — adding facial tracking, expressions, physics, and motion layers. Once complete we guide you through setting up and operating your model in VTube Studio.

Additional poses & expressions
Expand your model's range with additional poses and expressions — perfect for different streaming moods, special events, or seasonal content. Available after the main model is complete.
